The pandemic forced me to redesign my own way forward. By re-evaluating who I am, what new value I can offer, what the world needs, I have re-designed my business model and offering during the pandemic and as a result created YOUR NEXT NOW™.
My work experience is made up of two different careers. One in a corporate environment as a Bid Executive and one in the SMB environment as an Entrepreneur and Designer.
By re-examining what makes me unique and why people should choose me, I realised that my zig zagging career path has actually taught me a unique combination of commercial and creative skills. In stead of looking at my different career paths in silos but rather imagining what fulfilling work I could do by combining my skills I realised I am well equipped to tap into more dimensional thinking required for strategy work.
To be a good Strategist requires business skills and insight. Creating new strategies requires one to see the intangibles and connect the dots.
I tested a proofed my abilities, by working with Level C over a period of several years, where I have been trained to see problems in their full complexity, think disruptively and design strategies that create recurring growth.
In addition I invested to learn more about innovation and read everything I could on the insights that have emerged from the many crises facing businesses today. I especially focussed on what it takes to create resilience and future proof your business for the new now.
